Led significant growth and process development for a regional Fast Casual Burrito chain with a strong bar business. Oversaw unit growth, developed leadership team and drove strong positive sales and profit growth while adding significant employee benefits, increasing pay rates and leading industry with strong people results.

Led the Rock Bottom Brewery, Big River Brewery, Walnut Brewery, Seven Bridges Brewery, and Sing Sing Piano Bars through their transition to a private equity group. Improved sales, profit and turnover while developing a strong senior leadership team. Oversaw 38 units with sales of 164M annually..

I was fortunate to lead several franchise groups within the Applebee's System (JA Foods - Oversaw 3 brands in CA/OR 12 Applebee's. 8 Logan's Roadhouses and 4 Marie Callendar's) , AppleGrove (33 Applebee's in the Rocky Mountain Region and finally AmRest (103 Domestic Applebee's in 8 states 239M in annual revenue). Additionally served on the ASI People Council and implemented the Late Night Bar Program as well as many other sales driving initiatives.
