Project ManagerCisco Nov 2016 - Feb 2022San Jose, Ca, UsI am responsible for the setup, delivery and management of all aspects of projects within my work stream. My responsibility, is to analyse and document the operational capability and then provide recommendations on how to operate efficiently making best use of internal resource compared to outsourced. The identification of recommendations is based on 3 aspects. My role is very much a hybrid role covering PM, BA and Architectural but does call upon key subject matter experts when required.Due to the geographical spread of Cisco (US, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Russia) the role of project manager does operate remotely and autonomously which requires discipline to remain delivery focus. -
