- Manage custom furniture fabrication on shop floor- Oversee timelines and proper woodworking methods are used - Manage a team of ten millworkers and CNC fabricators- Maintaining 6 axis industrial robotic machines as well as 4 axis traditional CNC machines- As needed - run said machines using Win CNC and Anderson computing software- As needed - assist employees with fabrication, assist PM’s with proper millwork methods of construction etc..

-Management of millwork projects ranging from custom kitchens, retail projects, and hospitality-Ordering material for each job and managing project schedule-Fabricating custom millwork items and installation of items once complete

Change order, RFI, and financial management of retail projects. Coordinated subs on site with work, as well as supervised when need be.

• Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date is met • Manage and look-ahead to proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions • Conduct and/or attend pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings • Manage the punch list and project closeout process to assure timely completion

• Lead/update daily meetings for multiple brands, and set daily goals for each team member and project• Maintain an internal status report and relay long term timelines to team members in a weekly status meeting• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure client deliverable dates are achieved• Monitor the internal process for each project, and act as a key resource regarding agency procedure• Act as a key liaison between all departments, both on-site and off, to ensure key submission dates are achieved and client expectations are met

• Assisted PM’s with purchasing of materials, scheduling of subcontractors for jobsites, and writing of purchase orders, change orders, and job meeting minutes for upwards of 6 retail projects at once• Develop and manage project timelines to ensure key next steps are achieved• Create Weekly reports for clients to update them on jobsite progress• Schedule service work to ensure clients stores are maintained and functioning properly

• Assisted estimators in assembling bid packages and performing takeoffs of projects• Worked on multiple LEED certified project’s in the tri-state area

• Assisted carpenters in assembling walls, cutting plywood and sheetrock, and organizing the materials to keep the job site clean and efficient• Filled out a daily logbook of job site progress • Ordered material, and helped the project manager keep the job moving
