Direct and oversee the financial activities of IUVITY corporation, preparation of current FIs Report, forecasting and monitor future growth and define Corporate strategy.

• Supported and reported directly to the CFO in the Strategic Planning and Analysis of the preparation, consolidation, and summarization of actual financial results, forecasts, budgets, strategic plans, and ad hoc projects. • Designed and implemented numerous tools to help accurately manage the operational side and improve the financial forecasting based on Excel, Essbase, Reports Now, VBA and Access.• Worked closely with senior management and AMs to create cash flow projections and assess projected performance of the different departments. Responsible for the semiannual FDIC Report, and SBL Models (Small Balance Loan), loans with UPB below 1 million.• Consolidate monthly financial performance by business unit and prepare preliminary forecasted cash flow models. Identify, track and analyze key business and industry trends and develop measurable performance metrics.• Developed an efficient mechanism to support assumptions used in forecast models and underwriting. Maintained a database to support external and internal requests.• Managed three Analysts, one for each office to coordinate and supervise the BP process on a quarterly basis.• Underwrote NPL and CMBS loans, currently managing performing and non-performing assets.• Attended weekly meetings with CEO and Asset Managers to evaluate key indicators, including market conditions, resolutions pipeline, and emerging opportunities based on competitive analysis.• Maintain monthly One-Pager financial report to present current business position to Senior Management.

I am currently working on a Research paper with Prof. Krishnan Dandapani. We want to compare the European Social Security system with the United States, create a financial model to better understand contribution level needed and variables that influence the ability to retire.

• Designed flow diagrams between Sales Representatives, Client on Boarding.• Defined detailed user requirements. • Created, standardized and simplified templates for new accounts. • Implemented resulting information in the construction of a new web based interface with the objective of improving efficiency, trackability, and to create an automatic reporting system. • These efforts resulted in a projected reduction in time of approximately 25% and a consequent decrease in Operating costs.
