As office manager for Arctic Adventures in Saariselkä, Northern Lapland, I am responsible for organizing administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office with responsibility of sales for FIT customers. Tasks include stakeholder management, organizing of people, information and other resources. Since the organisation in our Lapland office comprises of a compact team, along with my own work, I carry out any tasks that are needed for the organization to reach its goals.At certain times I have been in a supervising role for the work of the team, although the nature of my work is mainly focused on sales, organizing daily operations and taking care of our customers.I have the pleasure of being in contact with travellers from all over the globe.

As store manager I was responsible for the day-to-day running of my store with the aim of maximising profits while minimising costs. I made sure promotions were run accurately and in accordance of company standards. It was my responsibility making sure that staff members were all working towards the daily targets and that our standards were met at all times.
