I started my career in Sept. 1999 in McLean, VA. From this point through 2004, I worked in multiple areas including but not limited to: (1) preparation of high net-worth individual income tax returns, (2) preparation of C corp., S Corp. and partnership tax returns along with international filings required with domestic returns (3) Section 1374 consulting and (4) E&P/basis calculations.Starting in 2005 I started to work in the Transaction Tax group of Ernst & Young in McLean, VA. I worked mainly on tax due diligence projects for two plus years. Beginning in 2007 I noticed that Section 382 was an exposure on a majority of our tax due diligence projects. From this point onwards I began to specialize in Section 382. After many years in public accounting, I wanted to pursue my own path.Therefore, I started Specialized Tax Services, LLC to provide effective Section 382 services customized for the client's needs and cash flow. I hope to one day be the Section 382 consultant to any and all.
