Along with my team of photographers, we work to captured memories before, during and after wedding festivities. Responsible for management of the assembly and packing of a number of different products, from small portable units to larger, HVAC integrated units and controls. Responsibilities also include tracking daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators while implementing continuous improvement. Collaborate with R&D to oversee design to production for new products.

Lead team of department heads and production supervisors to reach hourly targets and maintain 100% on-time delivery. Implemented and maintain 5S Program. Develop work instructions and SOPs. Perform Job Hazard Analysis. Plan annual budget and capital expenses (CAPEX). Manage facilities. Ensure machinery is operational, maintained and serviced.Manage production planning and scheduling for finished goods. Adjust production schedules for emergency orders and materials availability. Provide lead times and create bill of materials (BOM). Oversee receiving, warehousing and materials management for raw materials such as fiber glass, resins and epoxies. Work with R&D on product change requests. Coordinate with Supply Chain to procure materials when orders exceed forecasts. Review work-in-progress (WIP) to finished goods transactions to ensure materials issued properly. Compare estimated cost to actual job cost to maintain lean manufacturing. Work with QA to identify root cause of quality issues.
