Barrister is a worldwide IT management company headquartered in Hammond, Louisiana, which has contracts with some of the biggest IT companies throughout the US. During my time of working in their office located in Durres, Albania, I have worked at the SSR department sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing applicants through the phone for positions required mainly by DXC Technologies (HP), NCR, CDW, Adventist Health, etc. After that I was transferred to the TMD department continuing with the same nature of work but mainly dealing with in-house hiring and employee management. The work environment there was a typical American office job, and during my time there I have learned a lot about how some of the biggest IT companies in the world work behind the scenes.
