Active participation in the laboratory transfer from Condura III to CMM.Active participation in the consolidation process of the engineering laboratory at DDM in the transfer project.Support for the engineering department making mechanical and electrical analysis of production parts to find failures either design or process.Participation on the Validation of several Automotive parts as Stalk Switches,Window Lift Switches, etc. making mechanical and electrical tests as Durability Test, Environmental Test (Temperature Exposure, Vibration, Dust and Humidity Exposure, Thermal Shock, etc.), Measurement of Forces and Destructive Tests (Force Tolerance, Torque Tolerance, Pull Test, Short Circuit Test).Modification and maintenance of fixtures and test equipments.Make special tests required by customer to ensure the quality of the products and support the Operations Department to get and/or maintain the PPAP approval from customer.
