As General Manager at CTC, I am overseeing the tennis programming we offer, Managing pro staff/front desk staff, and performing other administrative tasks of hiring, payroll, and attending club social events. I am very excited to get this opportunity.

As the assistant manager, I am responsible for overseeing the desk staff, assisting the general manager of the tennis club with meetings, and working alongside the desk staff on the operational side of a tennis club. Other responsibilities include bookkeeping payroll tasks and "batching" following each month.

- Manage the Tennis Office as the Tennis Director and Tennis Coordinator.- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person. - Schedule all CMITA and DBH Home matches over indoor season, total of 9 teams ran out of WAC.- Register over 325 juniors into our Junior Development Program (eight to ten weeks per session) over a three week period through Club Automation.- Provide exceptional website developement using word press to update tennis club website.- Scheudle seven to eight tennis pros for 41 JDP classes per week (not including adult classes and weekly practices for nine teams.

I had two parts to my first Summer Internship at Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy. I helped coach kids ages 8-14 years old and the second part I got to ask the Co-Owner business questions about the tennis academy. I enjoyed being out on the tennis court and learned a lot about a sports organization and how it is successful.
