The RDMS is who the dealers all rely on to get their solutions and opportunities to be able to fully leverage the TIM-BR MARTS Ltd internal resources. Be the liaison between the Dealers, the Vendors and the TIM-BR MART Group Management. This role is responsible for Dealer recruitment I am where the buck stops in regards to dealer’s needs. The Regional Director of Member Services knows how to utilize all of the resources within the group and the vendor community to mine opportunities and find solutions for the dealers issues / opportunities.I am involved in the buying program negotiation and development to ensure that his region of responsibility receives the maximum benefits from the buying programs.I am part of the Senior Leadership Team of the group.

As general manager for TIM-BR MART my role was to implement an office in Quebec. Firstly I linked the National programs into the dealer network in this region. I have been managing all the admin aspects of the dealer group: admin, rebate programs, negotiaton with vendors, show and social events. When TIM-BR MART bought Canwel Hardware which became Chalifour Canada, on top of my job, I have been nominated General Manager for this Division.

My current position has not changed but in addition I am now responsible for all sales in Ontario including Chalifour London and direct drop-ship sales in Ontario. I am part of the Senior Leadership Team since summer 2013.
