Lifeguard Manager Instructor
Current• Managing a team and safety of recreational water facility operations (pools, water slides)• Ensuring all operating procedures and public health requirement standards are met • Managing the Lifeguard Training Program and the First Aid Training for all lifeguards, to ensure a high level of competence is maintained at all times through training and auditing• Training and certification of the crew prior to becoming certified lifeguard staff or supervisor• Following standards for pools, daily inspection of facilities, reporting of maintenance issues • Managing by observing and supporting operations with a strong focus on Safety & Security• Ensuring a Lifeguard team delivers outstanding customer service to guests • Development, training, and work schedules for related employees compliant with ILO policy• Conducting performance reviews for all lifeguard staff & supervisors per SQM policies• Managing that assigned budget is achieved, maintaining the order of supplies & equipment • Ensuring required aquatic safety checklists are met and creating reports as per SQM
