As the Operations Officer for McKenna my goal is to adhere to the pillars of what makes McKenna special. People First, Creativity, Accountability and Professionalism are what we all take to heart. By utilizing these specific qualities in our daily activities we can better service our community and strengthen our relationships with our partners.My duties include overseeing and managing the New BraunFit Gym and staff. New BraunFit is a beautiful facility offering two full size indoor basketball, volleyball courts, that can also be used for exercise classes or just about anything. It is a unique opportunity for children, adults and seniors to learn, play, and exercise. By offering classes, leagues, rentals, and open gym times, New BraunFit is the premiere place for kids to unwind in a safe environment. With the addition of New BraunFit I will retain all Information Technology aspects pertaining to McKenna and the nonprofits we support. In many instances McKenna is the sole provider for technology and infrastructure that our partners so desperately need.McKenna is a multi-million dollar facility which is home to McKenna Foundation, McKenna Children's Museum, New BraunFit, McKenna Events Center and Pavlocks Catering Service. The responsibility of safety, security and compliance all fall within the roll of Operation Officer. Thousands of visitors pass through McKenna's doors each year. It is my goal that each leave with a smile and are happy to share their positive experience with others.
