- Raw Materials Buyer and Planner for: Aluminum, Liquid and Powder Paint.- Interaction, cooperation and negotiation with global suppliers.- Budget administration and control with Finance.- Traffic activities for import process: communication and follow-up with customs brokers and carriers to ensure materials arrivals to plant.Main Achievements:- Reduction of premium freights in raw material (paint) from 4 to 1 airfreight per month (75% less).- Reduction of days of inventory at warehouses in plant of raw materials: from 60 to 30 days for paint and from 7 to 4 days for aluminum.- Raw materials budget optimization from 8 to 6 Million USD per month.- Reduction of obsolete and expired material from 40% of the total paint inventory to only an allowance of 10%.- Develop a new effective tool in Excel for planning the raw materials.
