Also, my role entailed working alongside engineers to review site plans for township code enforcement and general engineering principles. The role allowed me to create/review escrow releases and have exposure to cost analysis. Another aspect of the job was to review landscape, lighting, and general punch lists.

Many activities include competitive influences, but the ultimate goal was to get the groups to work as a team whether to win a game or complete a goal. The many age ranges were a challenge, but I adapted to make sure all kids could be included and encouraged to staff to set an example by participating as well.

The main goal was to keep the camp clean and perform physical tasks that the camp director needed to be done. The experience allowed me to learn more about varying tools and knowledge when performing physical tasks.In the Counselor position, I would lead a group each week around camp to the many camp programs we have. I would provide a positive influence and a great attitude for the kids to follow. I would help the kids throughout the day and participate in the activities with them.
