Through my years at Brushy Mountain Bee Farm I have advanced my role to be the North Carolina Branch Manager. I work with an excellent team of other managers to ensure production is efficient, customers receive delivery in a timely manner, and employees have the resources they need to do their jobs appropriately. I directly oversee the marketing and IT department to increase market share, enrich customer base, and grow the business under a developed budget.

I have been labeled the 'jack of all trades'. Under my current position, I create and develop all print and digital ads; maintain and update the ecommerce site, social media, and educational blogs; service computers, printers and phones; photograph and capture videos for demonstrations; provide customer support for technical issues. I continue to increase awareness and reach new customers through social media, advertisements, and Google Adwords. I communicate new ideas and present creative outlooks for our company's goal.

I was a part of a company that is based off market shares and sales margins. I dealt with customer sales and the presentation of products. I built quick customer relations and enhanced communication skills. As an associate I was able to work in different departments, building his array of abilities throughout the company. I worked in the copy and print center, printing work orders, binding booklets, and mounting projects. Also as a cashier, I dealt with money transactions and the final sales of products. I lead a department and worked as the lead technician.
