Lead Operator/ Console Operator
Current• Responsible for documentation and communication of work plans and tasks of maintenance procedures, waste disposal reporting, environmental compliance, safety audit follow ups and lock-out/tag reports.As shut-down coordinator required in giving daily reports, handle PSSR, MOC”s and procedure validation. Ensure all hot work, inspection of equipment, vessels for compliance/safety, utility and entry permits are properly updated. Facilitator of monthly safety meeting with ABL, STL, MTL and other star point members. Emergency response team member for 13 years to successfully handle refinery situations. Volunteer as firefighter, team leader, truck operator, HAZMAT team, medical and rescue team member. Responsible for crew training of HAZWOPER yearly compliance and all Refinery Instruction updates / reviews with crews. Oversee equipment training and use to include requirements are met, crews are informed and personnel are safe when working in hazardous conditions. To manage and maintain facility production through the use of the integrated unit console system by monitoring the process and flow of current medium used in the facility. Also trained and assist in the training on safety / leadership ; tank car specialist; HAZMAT; SE&H field audits; ISO 9001 Audits; MSDS updating and OSHA regulations.
