Daniel is Fenchurch Law’s Deputy Managing Partner and leads our Financial and Professional Risks practice group. Daniel acts for a number of leading national and multi-national organisations, and has acted for Policyholders in a number of high-profile cases in the Commercial Court. He specialises in advising policyholders on professional indemnity and property risks and uses his experience of nearly a decade working in and acting for the London insurance market to assist policyholders in achieving the best possible outcome in their insurance disputes.In addition, Daniel heads the firm’s Leeds Office, with a focus on expanding the firm’s presence in the North of England.
