Feasibility reports typically cover zoning constraints, code constraints, ADA access, and building or site specific concerns that may or may not make a project financially viable.I have experience in a wide variety of building types including office, civic, performing arts, multi family residential, retail, residential and plaza and park design.

I created and maintained a web site devoted to maintenance and restoration of vintage Italian scooters which became the leading online resource for shared Vespa & Lambretta knowledge. Contents included gear calculators, serial number search engine, model information, parts manuals, tuning options, and step by step pages showing how to disassemble and rebuild motors, etc. The site consistently attracted 200,000 visitors monthly. Sold in 2017 to a private party.

I started as a general laborer and quickly ascended to a journeyman carpenter working on remodel projects throughout Marin County. I’ve always believed that good architecture comes, in part, from a solid understanding of construction, means and methods, and good building practices and it was important for me to work in construction before embarking on my architectural career.My duties included, structural framing, kitchen installations, tile work, general carpentry, deck construction, electrical, and demolition.
