Current• Maintain and update OS X (Yosemite) images using Casper Suite, as well as Windows 8.1 system images using SCCM 2012.• User, machine, and mailbox administration using Active Directory and Exchange management consoles.• PBX and voicemail server management.• Deploy and support IOS and Android smartphones.• Moves/adds/changes, including one large-scale move to another building.• Teleconferencing and A/V (projector) setup and support for meetings & conferences.• WebEx meeting creation and support.• Virtual Machine configuration and management using Hyper-V and VMware.• Remote access configuration and support: Cisco AnyConnect Client, Remote Desktop, Join.me, TeamViewer, and SCCM Remote Control Viewer.• Troubleshoot and resolve software and printing problems both on-site and remotely.• Documentation of all support calls as well as software/user configurations in the environment.• Development of Knowledge Base and internal Wiki of policies and procedures in desktop support.
