In 2016, together with my partner, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey to open the first unit of Papo Cabeça Barbershop, located in Tijuca. This experience brought a series of challenges inherent to any entrepreneur, from the conception of the idea to its realization.Since the beginning, we faced significant challenges, from finding the ideal location to developing the barbershop concept.During the early years, we faced operational and financial challenges, learning to balance operating costs with the quality of services offered, while striving to establish a solid customer base and build a market reputation.Besides overcoming challenges, we are proud of the positive impact that Papo Cabeça Barbershop has had on job creation in our local communities. Through the expansion to 5 units, we have created job opportunities for a talented and dedicated team of professionals, contributing to the economic growth and well-being of people in our region.As an entrepreneur, I have learned to value the importance of resilience, creativity, and adaptability in the face of constant changes and challenges in the business world. This journey has been a constant source of learning and personal growth, shaping my vision and approach in all aspects of business life.

I led a multidisciplinary team of around 40 professionals in areas such as infrastructure, systems, mobile development, and data analytics.Among my responsibilities, I emphasize budget management, where I optimized and balanced operational expenditures (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX), ensuring efficient use of technological resources and maximizing return on investment. Additionally, I managed the institution's ERP, ensuring it remained aligned with strategic goals and consistently updated to meet the needs of students, faculty, and administrative staff.Key projects include:LGPD Implementation: Led the implementation of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), ensuring compliance with regulations. This significantly strengthened information security and established a reliable, secure data governance model.App Development: Directed the development of the institution's app, creating a modern, integrated experience for the academic community. This app improved communication, facilitated access to information and resources, and increased user engagement.Dashboard Creation: Developed dashboards across various areas, promoting a data-driven culture. These dashboards provided valuable insights for decision-making, increased visibility into metrics, and supported strategic planning based on data.Migration to AWS: Led the migration of local servers to AWS cloud, an initiative that improved scalability, security, and operational efficiency. This move reduced costs, enhanced flexibility, and improved continuity of the institution's technology services.My experience also includes managing partnerships and vendor relationships. I conducted negotiations, selections, and contract renewals, focusing on obtaining optimal commercial terms and ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
