• Pipe cuts from 6” to 20” some raised face flanges 6” to 60” approx. also drilling and tapping studs out 36mm approx on the fin fans.Sept - Nov 2019, HSOS

• Carry out safety reviews of contractor operations across site; identifying areas for development and positive initiatives to share that led to noteworthy improvements in safety management across the sites.
• Lead site inspections as required while ensuring that PPE is issued, worn, and maintained to provide assurance that all legislative requirements are met.
• Performing regular checks of contractors and operatives to ensure these all meet current safety regulations.
• Reporting on any issues affecting schedules and addressing any poor performance of staff.
• Conduct safety reviews, guidance, assistance and advice to ‘Grass Roots’ level employees through interpretation of safety practices and procedures in relation to client requirements.
• Provide continuous monitoring of workforce performance, conducting planned and reactive audits and inspections, recommending actions to facilitate improvement.

• Various bolting work including the use of Hand Torque, Hydraulic Torque, Tensioning Equipment,
• Flange Spreaders, Nut Splitters for the assembly of a variety of joints. Also, a Machinist pipe cutting and
• preparing pipe work and flange facing after passing the assessment in January 2016 with Hydratight. Also experienced in machining RTJs.
