At D&G, my primary job was to help clients keep their essential appliances and services running through aftercare plans, giving me a great insight into developing relationships and improving my communication skills.As a D&G Member I have also proposed and led multiple projects for business improvement, including proposing and developing upskill workshops and training segments, assisting with the creation of development courses and coordinating them with multiple stakeholders across different departments

With Sainsbury's I began by being the active manager of stores around the Oxford cluster, which meant accountability for the state, compliance and performance of the stores.As my skills developed, I eventually took the next step by moving from the convenience sector to the main supermarket sector, and with that move also came a relocation to Nottingham.Due to the COVID19 pandemic, sourcing and staff levels had dropped, which empowered me to further develop my sourcing and recruiting skills within the business

Betfred was a great experience into learning behaviors and responsibilities around running a store; though it was brief due to the shops being closed throughout the pandemic, which prompted me to seek a new role.

As my first job in the UK, Big Yellow was a massive undertaking as the duties included full accountability and management of both of the Oxford stores(dual site),The role offered sales aspects in terms of developing and maintaining long term relationships, expanding the business and cross selling, as well as being on the front line for the full 360 customer experience from handling the initial inquiry to moving the customers out.
