Veterinary Assistant/ Customer Relations Manager/ Vehicle Maintenance Manager
CurrentI have been trained all around. This includes assisting in surgeries, anesthetizing pets, transporting pets for grooming and/or veterinary work, and collecting important patient information during appointments. I also work the front desk. This is where I believe my true skills are shown. This includes relaying important information between clients and doctors. It also includes scheduling of appointments for both grooming and veterinary work. I am also in charge of all fleet maintenance. This includes coordination of vehicle upkeep (oil changes, tire rotations, auto shop work, etc..). I also manage the Customer Relations side of the business. This includes following up on surgical procedures, Social Media Monitoring and Posting, and monitoring of review based websites.
