As a donor recruiter at Lifeline Blood Services, I have been working for over a year to increase the number of blood donors and support the organization's mission of saving lives. I use my communication and presentation skills to reach out to potential donors, educate them about the benefits and process of blood donation, and motivate them to take action. I also leverage my business administration and leadership background to manage and coordinate donor recruitment events, campaigns, and partnerships with various community and corporate groups.Before joining Lifeline Blood Services, I gained valuable experience in business development, management, and customer service in different sectors. I was a business development manager at Orion Logistics, where I helped secure and maintain contracts with clients, suppliers, and carriers. I was also a case manager at Social Security Administration, where I trained to become a Title 2 Claims Specialist and assisted applicants with their disability claims. Through these roles, I developed my team building, public speaking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as my passion for helping others.
