I am a Social Anthropologist from The University of Costa Rica and Human Resources student at Frankfort Academy. With my training in Anthropology, I have developed cultural awareness and intercultural communication skills. I rely on active listening, psychosocial empathy, and conflict resolution skills. I am a lifelong learner, to whom interest in socio-political and economic issues have granted a comprehensive approach to organizational challenges.I decided to start training in HR because it is relevant to my career in social and organizational management, the projection and application of policies focused on people, their projects, and their business vision. Furthermore, this interdisciplinary proposal allows me to articulate learning and development to optimize processes and cultivate growth and innovation. I believe in my transparency, ethics and accountability.
