• Description:Taking care of the whole ecosystem of business customer care including, but not limited to, managing and training the team, co-designing e-commerce platform, and keeping customers’ satisfaction on a high.
• I introduced shift-manager role (temp role taken by each most senior employee on a given shift). It helped for better prioritization and smoother transitions between one shift and the other.
• I introduced 3-shift schedule, considering the analysis of website traffic and needs of customers. It lowered the average time of response to chat to only 30 seconds.
• By employing new tools and introducing new procedures, I lowered the average ticket response time from 30 hours to 5 minutes in a span of 6 months.
• I have introduced a VIP service that created a new queue for biggest customers who generate the majority of our revenue.
• I have created procedures and designed tools that saved 1500 working hours per month by automating the solutions to the most commonly occurring problems.
