3 years ago, I started as a technical support representative. Since I was able to consistently hit our metrics, I was given a chance to become a temporary trainer for a span of 4 months. After I successfully completed the training of my first and last class, I was then promoted as a subject matter expert. I was an SME for about 9 months before I applied as a management trainee (one more step before becoming a supervisor) and got accepted. I am currently working as a management trainee for 5 months now and working as best as I can to be a confirmed supervisor.

Provides support for business man/woman to get more exposure and potential clients for their business.
