Enthusiastic and imaginative. I am reinforced by other passionate people and if I feel a project needs starting I'm the one who'll get everything ready to make it happen.I know how to figure out what people are actually looking for rather than just listening to what they say that they want and giving it to them. I think that if you treat people like people and not like "just another client" that they will respond in kind. True salesmanship is about building a rapport.I'm a game designer at heart and I think that many lessons in the psychology of game design can be applied to a multitude of aspects in real life and I strive to teach others the same.
