Working in the home delivery department during the Covid pandemic, working alongside colleagues from a variety of background we was in charge of picking the shopping for vulnerable customer throughout the pandemic. The role also enabled me to work on delivering shopping with drivers and working on click and collect always engaging with customers and staff to ensure we were always delivering the best customer service for our customers. The job was a physically demanding job that enabled me to think on my feet and adapt to a range of tasks and customer situations.

Working as a Resturant team support leader in Frankie and Bennys in East Midlands Airport, working in such a fast paced environment with a variety of customers was a high pressure environment which was so rewarding delivering on excellent customer experience. Running a small team of staff ensuring the smooth running of the Resturant was a great experience enabling me to grow my skill set and grow my management skill set. Working at all hours in the airport environment enabled me to adapt my skill set and deal with high pressure environments and continue to deliver on my aims and visions.

Starting my first job at 15 as a waiter and kitchen staff in a local pub enabled me to grow my confidence, communication skills and grow as a person. It taught me hard work, dedication, passion and team work. Working in the kitchen, we used to prepare food and meals for customers and ensure the presentation and service was key at all time. Working with my colleague we always ensured fast, high quality service ensuring we catered to all the customers needs. Working with Chefs and bar staff we worked as a team to ensure the smooth running of the pub and Resturant. As time progressed, I was able to train new staff to the high expectations and ensure they were comfortable when starting with us.
