Dan has completed numerous real estate transactions, land consulting, and strategic planning assignments throughout the United States, including the development of casual themed, fast casual, and QSR restaurant concepts, the development and implementation of real estate strategies for portfolio management and new site development for retail and restaurant users, and market analyses for concept expansion in new and existing markets, including: Strategic Development Planning in over 20 national and regional markets. Managed restaurant portfolios of over 300 properties in over 30 US Markets.Lease restructuring and renegotiation of 120 unit restaurant portfolio. Development and implementation of guest profiling analysis for restaurant concepts. Asset management of real estate portfolios including lease renewals, divestitures, relocation analysis, adaptive reuse analysis, and redevelopment of retail and land development opportunities. Managed and assisted in zoning processing, coordination, and approvals for national and regional retail and restaurant concepts.Dan served on the Faculty for the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE/CORENET).
