Mr. Roop brings over 30 years of experience and specializes in construction inspection and associated managerial responsibilities related to bridge, highway and building projects. He has been in charge of structural aspects of bridge projects in the Rochester area for numerous high profile and complex NYSDOT bridge projects such as the Troup Howell Bridge Project, the "Can of Worms," $104 million I-490/I-590 reconstruction and the $16 million reconstruction of Inner Loop bridges and ramps in downtown Rochester. Mr. Roop joined Ravi Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. in 1997 and heads the Construction Services department at RE&LS.
