CEO of one of the oldest bunkering brands in the industry:- lead commercial restructuring of LQM’s global operations in the USA, UK and France. - launched the world’s first alternative fuels database (LEAF)- relaunched the LQM brand with market leading brand awareness during the C19 pandemic.

• Employed to lead a commercial restructuring of its marine fuel trading business - branded as "Ocean Connect Marine".Highlights from my role include:
• Significant increase in gross profits with a very modest increase in costs.
• Developed standardised policies, processes and procedures upon which new commercial operating practices would be based
• Re-structured the division from a siloed entity to fully integrated global commercial operation
• Developed new corporate image for the group, including full overhaul of marketing strategy and branding
• Overhaul of OCM's auction platform including new tech and improved business model

Singapore, SG

• Reported to the CEO/Owner of the Navig8 group.Highlights from my role include:
• Built a global marine fuels business that leveraged the Navig8 group's internal bunker demand
• Reduced bunker and claims costs for Navig8 pool members whilst generating positive cashflow.
• Recruited 40% of staff globally
• Launched the group’s first physical fuel supply location in Los Angeles
• Managed the acquisition of a fuels trading business in Athens

• Managed credit risk across marine fuels and shipping, providing balance between commercial and credit teams.Highlights from my role include:
• Managed 7 credit analysts globally in Singapore and London
• Managed efficiency improvement programs, including streamlining credit systems and process mapping
• Led accounts receivable management and the coordination of credit insurance

• Managed credit analysis and exposure across the group.Highlights from my role include:
• Managed receivables financing and reduced overdue receivables from US$20m to US$2m
• Designed and rolled out the companies first standardised credit procedures, including the onboarding and reporting process for new counterparties
• Produced weekly credit report for trading exposure across the Monaco, Argentina and Singapore offices
