   Worked in PC / Network support and administration for over 15 years, as IT Manager, Technical Consultant, Oracle DBA.  Development of bespoke databases using MS Access, MSSQL, Oracle 9i, 10g. Extensive knowledge of Oracle database’s, including administration, installation on both Intel and Solaris Platforms. Oracle DBA for high profile clients within the broadcasting industry. Experience with IIS and Internet writing tools including Dreamweaver, Flash and IDC, ASP, ODBC connectivity. Production of technical documents for online customer support database, operating systems, network and application issues, which can be accessed by intranet services. Experience with Unix, Solaris and AS/400 systems on an administrative basis. Training of staff and clients on company products and applications. Extensive experience of all Windows operating systems plus Unix. Administration of Citrix Metaframe XenApp , Sharepoint 2003/2007 Portal Server. Knowledge of Cisco routers/firewalls/pix, including configuration. Responsibility for the procurement of all IT hardware, software and infrastructure equipment.  System architect for both client and internal installations, including the design of DR sites using clustering, journal logging, mirroring, virtualization.
