Robotics: Responsible for Finance & Controlling processes in Spider Project for RDC Asia. The project was initiated to establish RDC’s in Asia-, Europe- and Americas region for Robotics Customer Service. Another project involved creating two different Power BI dashboards to facilitate KPI tracking for our R&A Front-end Controller.Power Grids: Worked at GA Products with the LBU Controller. Besides ad-hoc work, task was mainly to collect data and analyze the performance of a third-party supplier, and based on the findings, decide strategy going forward.GBS Finance: Mainly mapped processes and created templates in Excel for our Credit Risk Manager and General Accounting Manager. These templates were later rolled out and today being used by our LBU’s.Motion: Worked with the Controller for MOMG and MOTR to create processes for easier follow-up on project estimate vs. actual cost. This material was used to guide PM's in the follow-up and how to track costs. Other tasks involved setting up a process for BOM-tracking over time.

Worked with ABB's Global Motion Markets Controller. Acted as Business Translator to implement and roll-out a new solutions for monthly, quarterly and year-to-date follow-up on numbers, locally,regionally and globally.
