• Spent a year developing and engineering a “smart” dog door that tracked the location of multiple pets, only letting them outside at specific, predetermined times of the day and displaying their location on an LCD screen• Expanded my Computer Science and Electrical Engineering knowledge by integrating Arduinos, servos, RFID, and other electrical components into the project• Strengthened my problem-solving skills through countless hours of editing code and rewiring circuits• Project was presented at the annual CIJE Innovation Day in 2016
