Throughout my career I have always found success is best when shared with others and the best way to share success is to help others to achieve their own goals. A true leader is not measured by his own success but in the success of the his team and team members.I truly believe that in business you can never be satisfied with the status quo, if you are content with the level of success you have achieved that is the point when you will begin to fail. I never stop looking for the next opportunity.
