Main Responsibilities:• Working as IT Services Manager in „SIA” project implemented for Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) as well as coordinating the work of several dozens ofengineers working on supporting of production system with dedicated software solution installed. • Using customized JIRA tool for commissioning and controlling of work being done.• Elaboration, implementation and responsibility for the performance of complex process of IT support management in „SIA” project. The process allowed effective operation of the IT system which was installed on complex hardware and software infrastructure, and used by thousands of users. • Preparing project and taking part in implementation of supporting tools made in JavaEE/SQL technology. • Realization, reporting and settlement of services performed according to IT services model fulfilling ITIL recommendations.• Working as IT infrastructure manager in „Workflow” project implemented for Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS). Being responsible for the performance (also supervision of subcontractors), delivery and gaining acceptance of the project’s infrastructure products including planning, organisation, coordination of distribution and installation of IT infrastructure in regional offices in all Polish counties. • Elaboration with use of BPMN and implementation of the complex process of IT support management compatible with ITIL – under the supervision of external consulting company selected by the client.• Supervision of subcontractors.
