I am currently working for Barclaycard managing the sales of Barclaycard products in to the SME market via Local business managers in Barclay’s banks. Barclaycards key account I am targeted on the performance of 300 sales staff in London, my role is to manage the account and to drive and increase the sales of Barclaycard products to Barclays directors for there staff to then sell B2B, Manage the sales teams figures and targets and provide sales training where required.

My current day to day activities include taking new enquires, following set sales processes to develop client relationships, overcoming customer objections, taking BMW'S products and tailoring them to individual customers needs, negotiating successfully – all of which leads to closing sales and hitting targets.40% of my role was corporate/B2B this involved a similar process the difference being I hunted for the clients built the relationships and secured the business
