Rise Construction Framework is an award-winning construction framework investing profits in communities to drive social impact. My current role at Rise as Framework Manager allows me to work closely with public sector framework users and Rise supply partners to deliver high quality projects with a lasting impact on communities through social procurement.I was also a key contributor in launching Rise's first internal social initiative Thrive in 2020; a space for support workers and care-experienced young people to meet, build relationships and access careers support. I have continued to work closely with the team at Thrive to provide support where necessary.
