Durch diese finanziellen Ressourcen neben anderen war es möglich, in die Materialinfrastruktur für gezielte und motivierende Trainings (Trainingsbälle in Matchballqualität, Ausrüstung wie Trikots, Torhüterhandschuhe, technische Training Hilfsmittel wie coachbetter, veo-Kamera’s, etc.) zu investieren.Ein wesentlicher Anteil der jährlichen Supporter Beiträge wird in die Juniorenförderung investiert. Der FC Mutschellen unterhält grösste Juniorenabteilung im Kanton Aargau!Dies ist ein «Unique Selling Proposition / Alleinstellungsmerkmal» für junge Fussballwillige in der Region und bildet somit auch das spielerische Reservoir für künftige Nachwuchsspieler der Fanionteams (1.
