Coordinates Pasha’s West Coast Operation group covering San Diego, Long Beach, Bay Area, and the PNW.Serves on PMA’s Southern California Area Sub Steering Committee. Supports Container Sales, Fleet/Vessel Operations, Terminal Vendors, Trucking Community, and Labor to ensure on-time proformas resulting in service reliability for PASHA Hawaii. Leads stevedoring operations and commercial execution across multiple sites for the USWC. Pasha owns and operates Container + RoRo services from the USWC to Honolulu and her neighboring islands via six Jones Act Vessels; 4 Container, 1 RoRo, and 1 ConRo. Spearheaded cargo planning/onboarding of the MV George III & Janet Marie; Pasha’s newest LNG powered vessels.

Managed SD/LA/SF/OAK site operations for vessel loading, unloading, forecasting, safety, labor relations, productivity and cost control management.Managed compliance with applicable contracts and regulations, sponsored vendor relationships. Responsible for staffing, performance review and development, financial performance, and disciplinary action to include hiring and firing of local management and labor.
