- Responsible for the production and management of effective staffing schedules across multiple sites & functions.- Develop strong cross-functional working relations that enable ongoing improvements within the scheduling function.-Improve current processes.-Ensure all training needs are met.-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs-Proven knowledge in workforce management systems, EWFM, Blue Pumpkin.-Allocate the workloads on a regular basis for the Team and ensure that our workloads are managed to agreed SLAs.-Provide management cover for the Planning Team and POC for the planning managers.-Plan training and offline activities within shrinkage targets, ensuring minimal impact to service levels and where necessary highlight potential issues.-Ensure the recruitment process is up to date.-Strong customer focus.-Organisation skills and work effectively as an individual and as a Team.
