1. Creating the infrastructure (laboratory space, equipment, procedures) to enable commercially effective development work. 2. Building and coaching a small multi-disciplinary power electronics development team (2 Elect. Eng, 1 Firmware Eng., 1 Tech, 1Mech. Eng, 1 PCB Designer, Support Eng.). 3. Leading and managing the R&D team to achieve strategic development targets with focus on time to market, product cost and reliability
