Support the Human Resources function for the Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio regions under the US&C Regional HR model.

Employee relations, training, performance management, succession planning & development, on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and employment law compliance. Certified Green Belt.

Member of the HR Workplace Solutions Center, providing remote HR support for U.S. based managers and employees, including labor relations, conflict resolution, corrective action management, & policies and procedures.

Manage unemployment insurance claims processing for all U.S. based employees.

Employee Relations member, assuring compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law, support production areas with employee corrective actions and terminations, implementation of retention initiatives, attrition reporting and analysis, HR scorecard, follow-up on internal vacancies and promotions, work with Recruiting and Pay/Benefits to ensure employee pay and compenstions issues are resolved, as well as other employee relations issues.

Aid in the creation of bilingual communication campaigns, including organizational announcements, utilizing e-mail, posters, screensavers, and wallpaper. Translation of various documents, including legal formats for Human Resources.

Manage various credit card data entry processes for US and Canadian banks. Manage human resource to comply with 8, 20, and 30 minute turnaround time with a total of four different processes. Communication with customer and creation of production reports. Active participation in the transition of new processes and training of new hires.
