• Organizing given invoices to make a run sheet for the day. Required to do so in a way that allowed completion to be as quick and efficient as possible.• Loading truck(s) in morning with rental equipment needed for the days deliveries, making sure to load in an organized fashion for easy delivery, and so nothing is forgotten• Making deadlines requested by customers as well as the office• Driving carefully in a 5 ton truck/ cube truck, full or empty load• Taking care of the trucks, filling with fuel and reporting issues, sweeping bed• Safe and careful deliver/ pickup of rented equipment• Installation of certain rentals, most of which were tents of different varieties and different sizes. Required bringing the right parts necessary for installation• Talking and communicating with customers to ensure full satisfaction of job• Dealing with issues as they come up; if something was forgotten or if an ordered tent is difficult to install, or dangerous to install, compromises must be made on our best judgement• Working regardless of inclement weather, or amount of hours worked in a week. The jobs had to have been completed on time. The only condition in which we didn’t complete a job is if the conditions were life threatening• Proper take down and return of equipment from customer/client to its proper spot in the warehouse• Training of new employees as well as supervision of drivers’ helpers. On a given day I could have one or two helpers depending on the job. If a bigger job there could be as many as six other employees I might be responsible for
