Retail Sales (Apparel Department)
Current• Educate and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. • Describe features and benefits of products. • Compute sales prices, total purchases, receive and process cash and credit payment.• Arrange, rotate, restock and display merchandise to promote sales. • Represent store at industry related events. • Assist with pre-season apparel buy. • Backup support in other departments when necessary. • Watch for and recognize security risks and LP issues. • Train new staff members. • Ensure customers enjoy shopping experience and return often.
