Full operational P&L accountability and Executive responsibility for Finance, Operations and Compliance. Responsible for ensuring that all services met and exceeded clinical and regulatory standards

After initially delivering consultancy services, joined as Compliance Director and member of the Executive Management Board. Built and led an internal Quality and Compliance function with group wide responsibility for regulatory compliance, service improvement, H&S, training and HR functions.

Led the development of National Target performance indicators, and negotiated their implementation with DH officials. Managed, coordinated and delivered a portfolio of reviews, registrations, inspections, complaints and enforcements. Managed and coordinated local intelligence through engagement with multi agency partners, patients and the public.
