CurrentI am in charge of making sure all trucks are loaded properly for delivery the next day. Taking samples of the product going into the trucks, loading the bulk oil onto them, making sure that the guys I am in charge of load their trucks with proper product and the proper way and that all paper work is placed with trucks and in the office for our records. I am in charge of training everyone on the fork lifts and making sure they all know the proper safety techniques of working in a warehouse where you deal in the products we carry. I am in charge of making sure the can line is set up, the cans are ready and labels are on and the product matches the labeled cans. I am in control of all inventory coming and going out of the plant. I do all the counting, entering into computers and then I am in charge of 2nd and 3rd counts as well. I also oversee the training of all new employees that come into our company. I can and do deliver packaged products or drums of oil to costumers if they need an emergency run done and there are no other drivers available. Do clean-up for any spills that may occur with the oil. I deal in oil, grease, kerosene, and other products on a daily basis. I am in charge of locking up at night setting all of the alarms and sometimes in the morning when the day time manager can not make it in I am in charge of unlocking and opening up the warehouse for the day. I have been in charge of getting the orders in and deciding which trucks they need to go on and making sure there is plenty of room for all products and deciding which truck is best for which delivery.
