I worked in a small Team in the local IT. We supported our local costumers per phone, e-mail and personally in French, German and English (140 employees) in all their IT-issues. Beside the daily grind we configured, maintained and installed our local Server (MS Server 2008r2 and MS Server 2012r2), created and modified accounts in the active directory, setup and maintained firewalls and other network components, installed and configured windows clients (MS Windows 7, 8.1 and 10). In Switzerland we got a two-way education form. Most of the week we work in our company, in my case Netchange Informatik GmbH and METAS, and train our practical skills. The rest of the week we go to professional school and get all the academic knowledge we might use in our further job. And after 4 years of education we have couple of exams and if we pass all these we get a federal certificate of competence
